"I have been working with Maria for the past few months. She has been absolutely wonderful. In my first session, she provided me with several "tools" to manage my anxiety including a fabulous guided meditation app, a sleep app as well as breathing and tapping exercises. The combination of these has helped tremendously! We are now working through my lifeline and moving into EMDR, which I am really excited about. I look forward to my session with Maria each week. You have to put in the work each week to get the most out of your session, but if you do it, it is so worth it. My quality of life has improved significantly already.
