Our team of family therapists is committed to assisting families and parents through the challenges that are presented with different stages of parenthood by implementing behavioral health best practices.
We will do this by working with both parents AND offering children's services.
Trauma

Trauma looks different to everyone. Our specialists are trained to treat clients who have experienced trauma and focus on providing individualized, high-quality care to address these events.
Grief
Bereavement and grief encompass a range of feelings from despair to anger. Each experience of grief is unique, complex, and personal. Your culture, personality, and experience can all affect the grieving process. A common goal in therapy is to process your feelings. Grief is painful, and for some people, the emotions can become overwhelming. Our team of therapists have a wealth of empathy and knowledge to help you navigate your grief through individual and group therapy. Our goal is to bring comfort and healing in an empathetic and nonjudgmental atmosphere that supports you where you are at.
WHI is proud to now offer our Children and Family services. This will address the growing demand for mental health support services for an entire family unit by offering:
1:1 counseling for children in a trusted, convenient space.
Educational opportunities for clients on the emotional and developmental wellbeing of their children.
Backed by evidence-based interventions to promote strong family/child relationships; implementing best practices for child therapy.
All in an effort to propel the healing journey of these families forward.
