Women's Health Innovations of Arizona was born from the passion of healthcare professionals who recognized a critical gap in mental health care for women, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. While the focus was often on the baby’s health, many women felt lost and unsupported. WHI of Arizona was created to fill this void and provide compassionate, accessible maternal mental health services.

The Executive Director of Women's Health Innovations (WHI) of Arizona provides visionary leadership, oversees daily operations, manages financial health, and ensures compliance and growth to advance the organization's mission in maternal mental health.

Compliance Manager
The Compliance Manager for Women’s Health Innovations of Arizona is responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory compliance within the facility, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws governing mental health services, and advising leadership on potential compliance risks to maintain ethical and quality patient care practices within the facility.

I was referred to Women's Health Innovations by a fellow fertility warrior who had also experienced loss herself. I was being seen due to the traumatic loss of my IVF twin babies in March. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Maria. I felt welcomed, and most importantly, I felt as though she had my best interest in mind. The first time we met, she knew I needed help and immediately sprung into action - it was the first time any person has been there to get me the immediate help I needed. I left our session that day being able to take a deep breath and knew that she is going to help me save myself."
